Shipping, Exchanges & Returns
1Delivery area
We ship to:
- Spain (peninsula)
- European Union countries
We do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands.
For shipments outside the EU, the customer may be subject to customs fees or local taxes, which will be their responsibility.
2Shipping policy
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Shipments are managed Monday through Friday (business days).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:
- Shipping confirmation
- Tracking number
Shipping rates and delivery times
Spain (peninsula):
Cost: 5 €
Free shipping on orders over €200
Estimated time: 2 to 5 business days
Other destinations:
- Spain (except excluded areas): 2 to 5 business days
- European Union: 5 to 10 business days
Timeframes are estimated and may vary during special dates (such as holidays or promotions) or due to circumstances beyond Judith N.21's control.
3Exchanges and returns
You have the right to return a product within 14 natural days from receiving the order.
Returns for defects or errors
If you receive a product:
- With manufacturing defects
- With transport damage
- Or wrong
We will cover all shipping and return costs.
We will refund the amount or make an exchange, as appropriate.
Returns for change of opinion
If the reason for the return is personal (you don't like it, wrong size, style change, etc.):
- Shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer.
- The product must meet the conditions indicated below.
Legal right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation (TRLGDCU and Directive 2011/83/EU), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without needing to justify the reason or assume any penalty.
To exercise this right, you can write to us at style.judith21@gmail.com indicating:
- Your name
- The order number
- The products you want to return
In case of withdrawal due to change of opinion, return costs will be borne by the customer.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used, within the maximum legal period of 30 calendar days.
Refund process
When we receive the product at our warehouse and verify it's in good condition, we will send you a confirmation email.
The refund will be made within 10 to 15 calendar days, with a legal maximum of 30 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Conditions for accepting returns
For a return to be accepted, it must:
- The item must not have been used or washed
- Retain original tags
- Be in the same state as delivered
- Be returned in original packaging
If the product does not meet these requirements, it may be returned to the customer, with shipping costs borne by them.

Please provide us with the order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the entire process.
