Shipping & Orders
Can I cancel or modify my order?+
Absolutely! You can cancel or modify your order as long as it's within the first 2 hours after making the payment.
Please keep in mind that domestic return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
If you need to modify the delivery details of an order you just placed, don't hesitate to contact us. We'll do everything we can to help you.
Once the order is being prepared, we can't cancel it from our end. However, you can inform the courier that you don't want to receive the package.
Which courier company handles my order?+
We work with SEUR for all our shipments. You'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your order in real time.
My order hasn't arrived, what can I do?+
Don't worry, this can happen. Get in touch with us by email or through Instagram and we'll take care of resolving it immediately.
Is it possible to change the delivery address?+
Unfortunately, once the order is confirmed we can't modify the delivery address. That's why it's important to review all the details carefully before completing your purchase.
